The dream to build the ALA Academy and nurture the young generation has been rooted deeply in the founding director’s heart from the very beginning. It’s a vision born out of a genuine desire to create a lasting impact on the lives of students, guiding them toward a brighter future. This passion was ignited when he met a physicist and geoscientist. We shared a common concern: students often face overwhelming challenges on their path to success. We had seen how young people struggle to balance study pressures with well-being, how confusing the road to university can feel, and how difficult it can be to choose the right career with confidence. Inspired by these challenges, we came together with one vision—to create a place where students are supported not just academically, but as whole individuals.
